Services I Offer
When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary - Fred Rogers
My approach
I aspire to create an environment in which you, the client, feels safe to explore your inner experience for insight, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I believe that it is important to discover the root causes for the issues you are experiencing as well as developing tools for ongoing resilience and self-empowerment. Each person is unique and I desire to create a compassionate presence in which you, the client, feels heard and seen. I use many approaches including Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Restructuring, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
Please see the Specializations page for information on specific certifications I have for trauma and Personality Disorders.

I value relationships and desire to help others grow and heal in their relationships, as well as in other areas where they may need support. I believe that the client is the expert on themselves, knowing their story, their feelings, and how to find healing. I strive to create a safe environment for growth to occur. I believe that it is crucial to find a therapist who is the right fit for you as an individual. Call for a consultation to see if I may be the right therapist for you.
