Services I Offer
When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary - Fred Rogers
My approach
I aspire to create an environment in which you, the client, feels safe to explore your inner experience for insight, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I believe that it is important to discover the root causes for the issues you are experiencing as well as developing tools for ongoing resilience and self-empowerment. Each person is unique and I desire to create a compassionate presence in which you, the client, feels heard and seen. I use many approaches including Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Restructuring, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
